The 18H is a methodology where the team will develop skills based on communication, leadership and trust to improve its functioning.
Our methodology works on 3 levels and in different steps:
1- Exploration with team leaders
2- Definition of objectives
3- Activation of the 3 planes simultaneously.
4- Skills training
5- Process-result measurement
