Nuestros servicios están diseñados para brindar asesoramiento y acompañamiento en la mejora del rendimiento físico y bienestar general. Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule the session. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows without prior notice. - USER RESPONSIBILITY
The user is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their health and physical condition. They must follow the sports coach’s instructions to minimize risks during sessions. - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You agree that use of the service is at your own risk. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental loss or damage arising from the use of the service. - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Florencia Cucco and her team harmless from any claim arising from a breach of these Terms or a violation of any third-party rights. - APPLICABLE LAW
