WHAT IS BODY 5?
It is a comprehensive methodology where we will train body practices in order to reduce interferences, such as thoughts during moments of execution or involuntary technical shipping, so that our body is connected in the present moment with what it trained and can express it in the competition.

THE PHYSICAL BODY
We analyze your body language and generate specific interventions to eliminate sports interference.

We coach you to help you break down limiting beliefs that are hindering you in your sporting process so that you can define your goals and achieve them successfully.

We test you through your muscles to identify emotions trapped in the body and apply emotional release techniques so that you can bring your potential to your performance.

THE BODY IN FLOW
The alignment of the previous bodies is to reach the flow state.
Within this B.5 we are going to train effector patterns through postural, respiratory and corporality training that connect us with the fluid state of the body within the execution of the sporting gesture. This state allows us an increase in performance since there is no past or future, but there is present time to learn to connect with the here and now. We teach you different techniques so that you learn to manage yourself within your competencies from your body in presence and focus.
